Creole Seasoning Rub
This Creole rub kicks grilled meats or tofu up a couple of notches. It’s easy to make and spicy too.
You can store it in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder (or dried onion flakes)
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir to blend.
