I call the Wok Topper a perforated barbeque basket. And I use it like crazy!

This is the perfect tool for small foods such as shrimp and vegetables on grill. You can cut the vegetables to any size and simply toss them in the basket. Somehow, the perforated surface cooks everything evenly while allowing the juices to drip through. It's almost hard to screw it up.

Before each use, simply coat the wok topper with oil or cooking spray, and preheat it on the grill before adding food. Like a real wok, the perforated barbeque basket favors high heat. Keep the grill covered to maintain heat, but be sure to check on it often, shaking the basket to redistribute its contents over the heat. To prevent burning, move the wok to a cooler part of the grill.
