Microwaved popcorn
Tired of packaged popcorn? Don’t like popping with oil?
Try this... put about 1/4 cup of unpopped corn in a plain ol’ brown paper bag (like a lunch sack). Fold the top over, and put the bag in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, but stay close. When there is about 5 seconds between pops, take it out. Voila! Tender popped corn without all those fake “natural” additives.
Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt, brewer’s yeast, Tabasco, or grated Parmesan cheese.
