Perfect soft-boiled eggs
My grandfather ate a soft-boiled egg for breakfast nearly every day. Growing up, I couldn't quite handle the runny yolk of a soft-boiled egg, but now I find it a creamy delight. Though people rarely use them anymore, egg timers were invented for the perfect 3-minute egg.

Corn tortillas are especially good dipped in the creamy yolk!
Note: Increase cooking time to 5 minutes if the eggs come straight from the refrigerator.
