Underestimated kitchen towel
Today’s cooks often opt for paper towels in lieu of the underestimated kitchen towels. However, there are many tasks where a kitchen towel shines and a paper towel dissolves.
1. Place a damp kitchen towel underneath your cutting board to keep it from moving around on your countertop.
2. Coil a damp kitchen towel into a circle and place your mixing bowl in the center of the circle to keep the bowl from moving around while mixing.
3. Place a kitchen towel around a lemon half to squeeze the lemon without getting any seeds in the juice.
4. Drape a kitchen towel over your shoulder while cooking. You won’t believe how handy it is!
